Todd Michael Jackson Jr. was born in Steubenville, Ohio, on November 18, 2003. He was the son of SaTarra Moten and Todd Michael Jackson Sr. He passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2023, at Trinity West Medical Center at the age of 19.

He attended Steubenville Catholic Central High School. He was a sports enthusiast and truly enjoyed football. Since the tender age of 5, he played football for the Steubenville Tigers, Indian Creek High School, and for Catholic Central High School as a running back and corner. He enjoyed listening to music. His favorite artist was NBA YoungBoy. Todd had daily concerts at his house.

Todd was very family oriented. He was the oldest and only son on both sides with four little sisters that he protected and loved with everything in him.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Rodney Lee Moten Sr.; uncle, Rodney Lee Moten Jr.; and his "Me Maw" Marian Connie Jackson.

In addition to his parents, Todd leaves behind to cherish his memory, his maternal grandmother Anita Ray; grandmother, Charmin Moten; paternal grandparents, Kimberly Jackson and Todd Dawson; his stepfather, Freddie Moore; five sisters, Lei'Azjah Moore, Aria Moore, R'Laizjah Moore, A'Kiva Jackson, and Tajhai Jett; uncles, Dameon Ray, Keondre Jackson, and Jeffrey Dawson  and Tajh Jackson; aunts, Tamikia Moten, and Dalvasha Newton; his favorite cousin, Tray'Marr Moten; a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will recieve friends on Monday, June 26, 2023, from 12:00 pm until the time of Todd's Life Celebration, 1:00 pm at the GREGORY-MARTIN CHAPEL, 255 S. 7th Street in Steubenville, Ohio. Minister Darren Holt will deliver the eulogy.
