January 17, 1968 – January 2, 2021
Tracy Lanette Landingham , 52, died from a deadly virus on January 2, 2021. She was born January 17, 1968, in Kosciusko, Mississippi, to Wilson Wilder and Linda Landingham .
Tracy was a graduate of Steubenville "Big Red" High School. After high school, Tracy studied some courses for nursing. She worked for Weirton Geriatric Center for over 20 years . She really enjoyed her job but most of all she enjoyed helping people , especially her family . She was known to always keep a smile on her face and to be very uplifting.
Tracy also loved having fun with her children and family , always doing activities like going out to eat , playing many types of games , swimming, and cooking out . She was loved by so many and she will be missed dearly. This world lost an amazing hard-working woman, but she was way more than that we could ever put in words .
She was preceded in death by her father , Wilson Wilder; her maternal grandparents, Niles and Mary Landingham; and her paternal grandfather, Simpson Wilder.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her mother , Linda Landingham ; two daughters who made up the entirety of her World, Tracia Edwards, and Jereshia Fontaine ; siblings, Linda Hannah , William Hannah , and Monica Hannah ; three great-aunts; four aunts; and three uncles; a host of nieces , nephews , cousins , and dear friends.
A public visitation will be held on Friday, January 15, 2020, from 6-8 p.m. at the GREGORY-MARTIN CHAPEL AND LIFE EVENT CENTER, 255 S 7th Street in Steubenville, Ohio.
The family will honor her life with a private family funeral service on Saturday, January 16, 2020. Entombment to follow at Union Cemetery in Steubenville.
