Born in Birmingham, Alabama, she transitioned this life on October 8, 2013, in Washington, DC.
Wife of 40 years to the late Albert Lee Harvin of Brilliant, Ohio and the only child of Laura (Carrie) Edwards of Steubenville, Ohio who passed away in 1984.
She was a phenomenal woman who was very much loved and will be sorely missed.
She is survived by her sons, Anthony Bruce of Germantown, MD; Albert L. Harvin, Jr, Joseph Harvin of Baltimore, MD and Philip T. Harvin of Scottsdale, AZ and daughters, Mozella Y. Bruce of Virginia Beach, VA and Ruth E. Marshall of Washington, DC and a host of grand and great-grandchildren.
She was predeceded by her oldest son, David L. Bruce in 2012.
Service will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at the Williams, Gregory & Martin Funeral Home, 411 N. 7th St., Steubenville, Ohio.
Viewing at 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m.
