Victoria Knox passed away on June 18, 2020, in Steubenville, Ohio. She was born in Steubenville on June 28, 1948 to the union of the late Charles R. and Maxine Williams.

Victoria was a Christian by faith. She was a graduate of Steubenville "Big Red" High School. She enjoyed yard sales and antiques or "Knick Knacks" as she would call them. She was a people person and could make friends anywhere. Victoria was a faithful volunteer for over 15 years with the Samaritan House.

She was preceded in death by her husband Michael Knox Jr. and one daughter, Marlene Knox.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, one granddaughter, Jasmine Smith of Atlanta, Georgia; two brothers, Zachary and Patrick Williams; sisters, Debra, Lynette, and Lorraine Williams.

Calling hours will be 10:00 am until the time of service 12 noon on Saturday, June 27, 2020, at Tower of Power Church, 1310 Maryland Avenue in Steubenville.
