Virginia Lee Watts, 74, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Sunday, April 19, 2020, at Trinity West Hospital. Virginia was born April 27, 1945, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, to the union of the late Raymond Dalton Sr., and Elizabeth Toney Dalton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one son, Gary Alexander Watts.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, two loving sons, James (Anntoinet) Watts; and Edward (Karen) Watts; three grandchildren, Candice L. Watts, Dorond Watts, and Elise Watts; four great-grandchildren, Abma'Mara Esprit, Avery Northcutt, Liam Northcutt, and Day'Shawn Watts

A public visitation will be held on Friday, April 24, 2020, at the GREGORY-MARTIN FUNERAL CHAPEL, 255 S. 7 ^th Street in Steubenville from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. A private funeral service will be held for the family on Saturday.
