He was born January 22, 1957 in Wheeling WV to David and Pearl Degarmo Campbell
He worked for Eagle Manufacturing for several years. Wayne was an avid Steubenville "Big Red" fan
Wayne was preceded in death by 2 sons: Brandon and Issac Stewart
He will forever be treasured by: his loving wife, Marjorie; his parents; 4 children, Mason, Sydney, Lindsey and Devon; grandchildren, Talen, Karina, Brody, Jayton and Issac; his brother, David Scott Campbell, a host of other relatives and dear friend.
