William Allen Gregory passed away December 9, 2016 at the VA Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA; He was the husband of Joyce Gregory, and father of Steven and Todd Gregory.
William was a member of Quinn A.M.E. Church in Steubenville for many years. He served his country during the Vietnam Era in The U.S. Army. William was retired from Wheeling Pitt Steel Corp.
He is survived by his wife; two sons; and a sister, Linda Lewis.
