William D. Smallwood was born July 10, 1981, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Billy Ellis and Alberta Davis. He passed away at UPMC Presbyterian on July 17, 2022, after complications of Diabetes.

William graduated from Steubenville "Big Red" High School. He attended Eastern Gateway Community College in Steubenville. He possessed a tremendous love for all music. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his mother Alberta Smallwood Boykin; siblings Louis Davis, James Smallwood Jr., Cassondra Smallwood, and Charlene Smallwood; uncle William Davis; aunt Sondra Davis Washington; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family.
